Summary
 YD-DJS  series immersed water cooled high frequency switching power absorbed the international advanced PWM pulse width, specially providing high quality power supply for electroplating, low voltage electrolysis, anodizing of aluminium, charge of storage battery, production of printed circuit board and others.

★具有稳压限流或稳流限压功能，稳定精度 ≤1%。可选配电量控制功能及定时控制功能；

★具有过流、短路、缺相、缺水、与**温保护功能；

★变压器磁芯采用高导磁率的纳米晶磁芯，开关频率达20KHZ左右，功率因素≥90% ，整机效率≥90%  ；

★输出电流纹波系数可选；

★采用了全密封油浸水冷式结构，因而大大改善了半导体器件的工作条件，在满载情况下，半导体器件的温度≤55℃ ，较大的提高了机器的可

    靠性；箱体整体密封设计，因此有较良好的防腐性；

★控制系统可以手动控制和自动控制选择，标配有RS-485数字控制接口，也可选配4-20mA、0-5V、0-10V标准控制信号接口。

Product Characteristics

★Magnetic core of transformer is high-permeability nanocrystalline, switching

    frequency is 20khz or so, power factor is no less than ninety percent, the 

    system efficiency is no less than ninety percent.

★ Ripple factor of output voltage is optional from one percent to five percent.

★ Operating conditions of semiconductor device is greatly enhanced for 

     full-sealed structure of immersed water cooled. Operating temperature of 

     semiconductor device is not more than 55℃  under full load operation, which 

     greatly enhance reliability of the device. Box of device has excellent 

     anti-corrosion since its whole-sealed design.

★ The device system can be controlled by manual control and automatic 

     control There are two control interfaces of standard control interface with 

     4-20mA, 0-5V and 0-10V or RS-485 digital control interface.
